Shipping policy

Every item ships directly from a supplier with tracking, and you'll get a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way. Each product page shows that item's processing time, delivery estimate, and Christmas order cutoff. Most items ship within 1 to 5 business days. Made-to-order and personalized items take longer.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. If your order includes items from more than one supplier, they will arrive in separate packages.

Christmas: order most gifts by December 8 for delivery before December 25 within the lower 48 states. Some handmade and made-to-order items need to be ordered earlier; check the product page for its cutoff.

We currently ship to US addresses only. Delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed.
