Refund policy

Returns: Not quite right? Email info@doorstepandkeys.com within 30 days of delivery to start a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. We'll reply with the return address. Once your return is received, we'll refund your original payment method.

 

Damaged or defective items: If anything arrives damaged or defective, email a photo to info@doorstepandkeys.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

 

Personalized and made-to-order items can't be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or with an error.

 

Digital downloads are non-refundable once downloaded.

 

Refunds always go back to your original payment method.
