1. Stage it
Buyers decide from the photos. A clean, bright bedroom and a few finishing touches make a listing look move-in ready, and you can reuse every piece from one listing to the next.
Our staging rule: solid white bedding. White reads as clean and fresh in photos, works with any wall color, and lets the room, not the bedspread, be the star.

- Solid white duvet cover or quilt
- White sheet set
- Two to four throw pillows in a neutral tone
- A neutral throw folded at the foot of the bed
- A faux olive tree or greenery for the corner
- One piece of wall art above the bed
2. Celebrate the closing
Skip the gift card. Send something for the new house, shipped straight to your client. Just enter their new address as the shipping address at checkout. Check the product page for shipping time so it arrives when you want it to.
