Not quite right? Email info@doorstepandkeys.com within 30 days of delivery to start a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, and we'll reply with the return address. Once your return is received, we'll refund your original payment method.
If anything arrives damaged or defective, email a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Personalized and made-to-order items can't be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or with an error. Digital downloads are non-refundable once downloaded.
